Today we have released a major update to hitsniffer, the long awaited chat system is finally here.

We have fully redesigned our chat system. One of the key features is that you can now have more than one chat agent and multiple departments.
The new chat system now contains a searchable archive and you can also assign any chat tickets to any agent that you have created.
It also allows you to view your real time data of any active visitor whilst you are in a live chat with them.
We have also added a new widget code for chat, which you can grab in the code settings page. this will allow you to add a floating chat bar on bottom right of your browser, where you can enabling you to receive live messages from your visitors when you are online and receive ticket messages when you are offline.
We are working to add more features in background whilst you are enjoying new chat system!
